$100 fee per dog, maximum two dogs only Sorry, no cats permitted. The backyard is fully fenced, but please note the fence is not flush to the ground so smaller dogs and even motivated larger dogs could crawl out. Please always monitor your pets.

the carriage house is a private and separate unit located in the backyard of the main house, with its own entrance Outdoor area is shared. Guests can easily park on the street in front of the property.
please note that due to denver zoning and permit regulations, the kitchenette is not equipped with a stove, cooktop, or oven However, it is still fully equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes for your convenience.
